You must be in some kind of test group that get different levels from the rest of us. Now, I do see on your screenshot that you have 9999 lives at "full". Hey, how did you do that? (It's not the same as indefinite lives, which can be bought). It looks freaky. Anyhow, yes, I suspect your level 3933 ist different as it's got the nightmare skull on it and the starting boosters are deliberately blocked out to make it harder. There is probably nothing you can do.

There are some levels in the game where it is not possible to choose the boosters at the beginning. This could happen because the board is full of blockers and there is no room for other boosters or when a new feature is introduced. Don't worry! In the next level the boosters will return.
