I won the Winter Cup in January and have received the 100 gold bars every month, on the 1st. However, it's August 2nd and I have not received my 100 gold bars.

I do not remember the "Winter Cup" event, so forgive me for asking more details... When you won the event, did they say you will receive Gold Bars for a whole year for 6 months?
Do you have an email or a notification received from King team about your winnings?

For the whole year. Received from January to July, so more than 6 months. No email notification I dont think. I log in through Facebook.
