Problems syncing game progress on new phone with King account

I've tried to restore my game progress on my new phone by signing into my King account-- while my levels were successfully restored, I've lost all my boosters! I had a pretty hefty amount of them and losing them all on my new phone would be devastating. Could someone please help?

I have checked my Android phone and I cannot see the option to contact them through a specific link that can assist you. I would suggest you to send your request through the link I gave in above comment.

Please bear in mind that contacting the Player Support might not be helpful at all, as like I mentioned above, they won't reimburse freely earned boosters.

I am sorry to hear about your boosters 🙃

But, actually, they are not lost!! All your boosters will be intact on your old phone, if you did not delete the game yet! So, all you have to do is, open the App on your old phone, play all hard levels and use up those boosters!

Other than that, it is not possible to “transfer” the boosters from one device to another. The reason being, boosters and Lives received from our friends are stored on our device’s local memory. When we change the device, only the level progress and Gold bars are transferred as they are saved to Game server.
