I'm using Val's account to test out a few theories, not just for this event, so keep playing.

Just completed episode 231-245, all seemed smooth going, 4 levels (236,237,238,241) with just one move (CB/CB, or CB/Wrapped, CB/Stripped), most levels cleared with 6 or less moves, only 2 (235 and 245) left with 2 moves. There's a rider though, I happened to have the 5-min UFO from the 6 day daily win , followed by another set of 5 min- UFO cum Hammer from the choc box.

Current score for the Semi-Final, but too early to see how the rest of the players in the group :

Semi Final Update

Completed one more episode, seeing 2 players rising up fast, in less than 5 hrs; and more importantly got my 45 gold bars from Champions Race.

Here is my leaderboard. I've created a login now, I like my garden flower avatars. My test is to see if I can get to the final and succeed playing as the game is intended, no cheating, just earn gold and buy boosters with it use them wisely. So far, so good. But I haven't been given hardly any free boosters in this new game. How come Val has got so many @MonicaYellow only on level 246? I'm on level 351 now. I had to spend my gold on boosters. Hope I won't run out.

I tried to play just enough to be in the top. I will need to check back later because a lot of times people move up real quick. I did notice on the video it said top 3 on my game it said top 5 to get to the finals. I wonder which one it is.

Cheryl's current score at Semi-Final

You lose some, you win some

I'm working harder on Cheryl's account. Since taking over Cheryl's account, I've caused her stock of already limited boosters and gold bars to deplete fast, cos of my playing style. Whatever amount of gold bars I've got from Champions Race, Candy Royale, ad-hoc events have returned to King for "conversions" to boosters.

Keeping the level win streak is therefore important. Bad luck struck at level 7241, too many starting boosters caused 2 reshuffles and a final Ooops - level failed without even one move.

What's worse, the choc box final order was such a bad joke, after having completed 3 orders and not being able to complete the last order to get the rewards (even if they are timed boosters).
