I cannot close the ads

Problem with IPad for ads. After watching the ad and your done, it freezes and wonāt exit to the game.

Ads continue to not close. This kind of looks like itās by design, and the only way to close the ad and get your reward is to download the advertised game. Since that isnāt going to happen every time, Iāve found a workaround. If you report the ad (by tapping the tiny hand holding a checkmark shield), it will close the ad. Plus, I think most will agree ads that only close if you download software should be reported.
Why do I randomly lose my win streaks? I was up to over 2000 win streak and suddenly lost it and had to start over. Now it seems when I hit over 672 win streaks is resets to 0? I had just got my candy coated speckle ball and played for about 2 hours. Quit and went back in 3 hours later, win streaks back to 0 and I lost myā¦
I have completed milestone 2000 and 3000 but I didn't got any milestone banner and my 1000 banner also missing
