The ads keep freezing up my game

Every time I try to watch an ad to get attached moves or extra items it freezes the game making me close out the screen therefore losing my current life and any progress. It’s happened at least 5 times. It started last night into today.

This worked for me and I am now back in business:

• Allow your ads to be tracked - in your device settings. Enabling Limited Ad Tracking or changing your Ad ID may cause issues with in-game ads such as availability or seeing the same ads displayed repeatedly.We recommend having this option disabled for optimal performance. 
• For Android: Settings -> Google -> Ads -> Uncheck “Opt out of Personalized Ads”
• For iOS: Settings > Privacy > Advertising -> Uncheck “Limit Ad Tracking”Please do not “Reset Advertising ID” on either device.

Not able to reach App Store. Msg says not connected. I have shut down multiple times and then make sure I have an internal connection. Any idea how to re-establish connection. Can’t access gold bars, boosters etc. Need hep.
