Does anyone know why I can't buy with gold bars in candy, it loads but never loads

Dear @jose_maria15, I'm truly sorry to hear this issue is persisting even after deleting the game app. Unfortunately, we have exhausted our options in attempt to solve the issue and therefore think it's time to reach our Player Support team again and persist to have another look at your issue.
Please reply back to your latest message shared with Player Support and insist on further support.
Please include everything that you have already tried and make sure you contact them from your Game App. Check out HERE how you can do that.

Thanks, I'll be watching, since I uninstalled the game many times thinking that it was an error when it was installed but it still works when buying with the store and I have been able to advance in my levels

I have reported the issue to our Candy Community In-charge but, did not hear back from them. We have to wait till Monday as they won't work in the weekend.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
