Gold bar wins not received

I won a competition two weeks ago and I was told to come back on the Tuesday to collect my 80 gold bar reward for 1st place, I still haven't received the gold bars. Why have I not received the gold bars for my reward? I played many levels and episodes so I can win the gold bars. It's not fair that I haven't received it. How do I receive them? Please send them to me as soon as possible.

You will have to contact the King Player Support team, as this Community does not deal with missing prizes issues. The Player Support team will be able to help you with this as they can check your game and see what happened. I have also not received my 35 gold bars today for winning an episode race after completing level 14675. Yet the 10 bars spent to win have been taken. unfair when you work so hard with strategy but go backwards!
