I just recently redownloaded candy crush from the App Store. I have plenty of space available (over 200gb) so I’m confused why it is running unbearable slow on my iPhone. Im beyond annoyed. What can I do? I deleted the app redownloaded. I cleared all browsing history from safari and iCloud.
Hi - I play on an iPhone 12 Pro Max and haven’t experienced any difficulty. Do you mean the game is slow to load? Are there delays between moves? I’m trying to understand exactly what you are referring to when you say the game is moving slowly.
I do know that I just received an update for the game, but it hasn’t affected my play both before and after the update.
It sounds like it should be working fine and since you have cleared your cache and redownloaded the game it should work fine.
The only other thing I can think of is to contact player support via the app to see if they can see anything out of the ordinary that might be affecting your game.
