Bug in level 9299

Hello,

I've found a big in level 9299.

Usually if I can't find a move I receive a hint to show me a possible move or if there aren't any moves i get the oops massage. However if the only move is if I have a full frog but it's behind ice I am unable to access it, and no other move is available I don't get a hint or the oops message and I have to back out of the game, losing a life.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I remember reading a complaint about this a week or two ago. Seems they are taking their time to fix this! But apparently it has been reported.... Good luck with your game. Hope next time you play the level you pass it.

Not sure this is being fixed. They always try to pass it as a random glitch not worth their attention.
