If you had the Ads till recently but, suddenly disappeared, it means that your time to test the Ads is over and hence, the feature is moved on to another player that is picked for testing.
But, it does not mean that you will not receive the Ads again! Since you have already received once, you would receive them again, but just a matter of time!
All you can do is - to make sure that you install the updates of the game App as soon as they are available; keep at least 2 GB free space available on your device memory; and stay active in the game.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

I have heard this from some but our team has no such information😊
There is an another detail: since I bought a pack a boosters, last Sunday, I stopped received boosters. I don’t think it’s a coincidence 🤨🤨🤨

We understand your frustration but you need to keep an eye on various in-game events to get free boosters.The game has different events and not everyone will get the same event, meaning there is no guarantee that the event your son has in the game will be in your game.
Anyway, we will pass your feedback on to my team and hope you can get more special events in the future.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
