How can I get my good back?

I lost 10 gold and 75 moves when my game froze. I hit continue for 10 good and would have gotten 75 moves but my game froze.

If you are playing on a mobile device, you can send your complaint directly from your game --> the Pink Cog wheel -- Settings -- ? icon at the bottom of the Settings screen -- choose a proper option to send your complaint.
