I lost 10 gold and 75 moves when my game froze. I hit continue for 10 good and would have gotten 75 moves but my game froze.

I am sorry to hear that you have lost your Gold Bars because your game froze!!
You can try and send a complaint to King Player Support and see if they can help you out!! Here is the link to contact them --> https://soporto.king.com/contact
If you are playing on a mobile device, you can send your complaint directly from your game --> the Pink Cog wheel -- Settings -- ? icon at the bottom of the Settings screen -- choose a proper option to send your complaint.
