Level 11669

I lost my 190 win streak because the dispenser on this level failed to drop down a gummi dragon. This issue has happened multiple times on different levels, its so frustrating especially when I have a high win streak. The next time i play the level the gummi dragons will drop down fine but ive obviously lost my streak by then. Its happens even if i pay for extra moves. I email king they just send me a generic email back and never help me... does anyone else have this issue? And is there a way to get king to actually pay attention and restore my win streak ?? So unfair!!

I am afraid King seem to turn a blind eye to this recurring glitch. Please be aware it may strike again, so don't buy extra moves if the dragon hasn't dropped by the end of the level. It's happened to so many people. It's unfair but there is no way to restore a win streak, even if they wanted to I don't think it could be done.

Thanks for your reply... do you know if it happens when you use a PC instead of phone? Looking through posts I can see some issues are only on mobile version

I understand that. But I lost because some bug in the level made it impossible, not because I failed the level, that was the point I was making
