This is the video to show you. You need to feed the frog until it glows and then move it five times to fulfil the frog order. Use the frog to remove the blockers and use the colour bombs to feed the frog by hitting candies the same colour as the frog with the colour bombs. Good luck!

Are you asking about level 5000 in Candy Crush Saga?
If so, you will have to concentrate on "filling the Frog with the same colored candy" as the Frog is -- once the Frog is fluffy and full, it keeps shining -- then, move it to the area where there are Waffles!
As you keep moving the Frog, the number next to the Frog (in the goals) will keep reducing. You will have many color bombs in this level, which you can use to fill the Frogs easily.
