It sounds like you are having issues connecting to the store? Does it keep whirling round trying to connect? Have you tried closing the app, turning you phone off and on again and then reopen the app? Is your Internet really good? This app needs good internet connection to work.

You have already asked another question about the issue with Candy App store. Are you having issue with collecting your rewards from Episode Race, etc., too?

We at King do not have any access to their Play Points system, the payments or player's Google Play accounts.
