The game won’t let me move the crystal candies that are hidden. It’s frustrating. I’ve had to quit levels and restart. I’m on a really hard one with this issue. TIA
@kiara_wael is wrong Lilibear. When Ice is on the board you can only move a game element into an ice covered square. You can not click on something covered by the Ice and move it out of the Ice.
To align the green candy shown in your screenshot you have to click on the Liquorice and move it into the square occupied by the green candy. You can not click on the green candy to move it out.

You have to destroy the crystal first, because the Green Candy is covered in crystals.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
