Wow really? Please pardon my naivete, honestly that didn't even cross my mind. You're right, that could possibly happen. How would we know? I was wondering how this player has so much stamina to keep going non-stop. I'm literally exhausted after a couple of hours of continuous playing not to mention my hand and fingers about to get swollen. 😂

I passed all the stages first, in qualifying I scored 1,000,000, in the quarters I scored 600,000, in the semis I scored 1,000,000. Right now I'm in 4th with 700,000 and 150 levels passed today, it's impossible to compete until the end 🤣

I guess you are also no longer competing for 1st place? I have completed all the new features/side games and received nice rewards. I also been receiving gold bars from the race, Candy Royale and Sam's streaks.

In reality, I don't really need the prize from this competition. I'm getting what I need nicely to continue enjoying playing the game comfortably. I have never spent a single penny on this game but was still able to lead each steps to the Final. There are a lot of ways to earn boosters and gold bars. You just need the streak to continue on.
