I purchased a gold pass and none of my rewards are available
Did you definitely look inside Season Pass to claim your rewards? Just wondering, as it looks on the screen as if you just get it all when you buy it, but you have to go inside the Season Pass screen to then claim each one.

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive the boosters from Gold Pass!!
You will have to send a complaint to King Player Support team and they will be able to resolve the issue --> https://soporto.king.com/contact
If you are playing on a mobile device, you can send the complaint directly from your game too --> Settings (Pink cog wheel) -- ? icon -- scroll down to "Popular Topics" -- then, select "My Purchases" -- select the option "why haven't I received the purchased items" -- and follow the steps.
