Just had an event @QueenB called Double Candy Royale. Thought it was in place of the Champions Race as I didn't have a flag. Pass 14 levels and win a share of 2000 gold bars. Like a fool I didn't take a screenshot. Played 15 levels and nothing. Haven't seen any other posts about this being offered or played. Was I in a test group because I sure was unlucky. Are you able to confirm what this was please and any ideas why I didn't get anything.

After reading my complaint about the issue you have experienced, QueenB told me that she sent a heads-up to the Player Support team to look out for the players with the issue with not receiving GB from Candy Royale.

I know how frustrated you must be feeling! But, Player Support team is the one that has to take care of "missing rewards" issues!! If you did not receive any response even by Friday, please post back๐

You are right, it is part of a test group. Last month or so, another player has posted about it and I asked QueenB about it.
I was informed that the Candy Studio is following up the "Candy Royale" thread and they have been bringing in new ways to interest the players! So, 14 levels for 2000 Gold Bars is one of the groups๐๏ธ
But, I am so sorry to know that you did not receive the Gold Bars๐ Do you remember how many GB you won? I would suggest you to contact the Customer Support from the link that is given on this page (scroll down all the way).
Christine @christinewupp mentioned in a thread that it was very quick to receive the help through that link!

Thanks PummyRaj for your quick response. No I don't know how many gold bars I won from it, nothing showed up. I will contact Player Support, but I can't see anything coming of it as I didn't take a screenshot of the event being offered so can't prove it. Rather annoying though as I wasn't going to play again until the Champions flag showed, but thought I'd get some gold from the Double Candy Royale.
I contacted Customer Support @PummyRaj 7 times and 7 times I got exactly the same reply as shown below. Have King reduced the staff in Customer Support making it impossible for them to cope with players questions/problems. I take it there is a problem with the Double Candy Royale, there certainly was for me and it seems nothing will be done about it.

With regards to the Customer Support response, another player also reported that they too have received same reply to their complaint!! Coincidentally, their complaint also about not receiving Gold Bars from an event/feature!!
I am wondering may be there is an issue with the Player Support๐ค I will try to find out what might be wrong and get back to you.
