I have messaged them three times and I keep getting automated messages, I would like to talk with a real person as I am getting very frustrated!
Hello Troy, when you receive the automated message you have to reply to that message to get help from an actual person.
There is usually a faint message on the automated reply that states "reply above this line"
If you don't reply to the automated message you won't get any help.
From what I understand having read similar issues to yours King will not reinstate your failed level for you or reinstate your Win Streak. They might provide you with some free boosters for your trouble, but they definitely will not reinstate your Win Streak.

I can see why you are frustrated!
When I have encountered a glitch in my game such as this I contact Customer Support within the App and it has always worked for me. You into settings (the cog wheel) in the app and then into the ? icon. Scroll to any question that best fits your problem and click until you get the option "Contact us" at the bottom of that page. Choose the category for your problem you can find and keep your message simple as your first reply will be automated again. This will be an email and if you reply to that email you should get a better response. Keep replying to the email until you are happy with the response. I actually don't think they will reinstate your win streak. Customer support claim that they cannot do this. But if all you really want is to be contacted by a customer support worker, then I would suggest this method through the app. They do know your player ID automatically, and be warned that it MAY just be that this worked for me because until a few months ago I used to spend small sums of real money on this game. If you have never spent a penny and are therefore not a paying customer it may be that customer support are deliberately ignoring you and trying to annoy you out of this game.
First time I ever went through the contact link, I got to talk to a worker and they fixed my issue! I was at 963 levels beat in a row and what happened was I used my hammer on the last jelly and it broke and it started counting up the score and then I was disconnected and I came back and it didn’t count, that is complete bull! All I ever wanted to do was get to 1000 levels in a row and they won’t answer me, and that is completely unfair since the score is counting up already that means I beat it! I have hundreds of powers up, idc if they take them, I just want that level fixed! Idc if they give me a bad score but they won’t even answer me, I will not play the another level ever again if they don’t fix it or answer me! I can literally beat any level in this game without a problem so the fact that I’m frustrated over this is and the fact that no one is answering is super annoying

There are millions of players of Candy Crush, and I bet half of those are frustrated with the game like you are, so it will be difficult to actually speak to anyone at King about it. But maybe we can help? What exactly is it you are so frustrated about?
