I just updated to the new Apple OS, Sonoma 14.0. Now, the game keeps crashing. Is anyone else having this problem?
Tried all but just get this
Using imac, facebook on Safari. may well have happened after latest update to operating system to Sonoma 14

I have updated to the new Apple OS, Sonoma 14.0. Now, the game keeps crashing since about a week. I´m playing via Facebook. I just checked, and the page is still crashing. I suspect this is an Apple problem but maybe it's a combo of King and Apple? I hope this is corrected soon. I've never had this problem before after a software update.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the game!! Since Sonoma 14.0 is a very new system, I am not sure many players have had any experience with it!!
I would suggest you to check if your device has any updates of the game/App. If so, install it and the game might work properly.
If not, please post back and let me know and I will report to our Candy Community In-charge to find out what to do for the game to work properly.

Now I have no King games loading at all on either Chrome or Sonoma! What is going on and when will it be fixed?
working in chrome again but still not working in Safari. Game loads but crashes after a few seconds.

The issue was reported to Candy game Studio and they are looking into it. Unfortunately, it is taking longer as they are not able to reproduce the issue on their side!!
Hence, until the issue is fixed, the players are advised to open the game on Chrome browser.

The game still crashes either after 15-20 seconds if you not play at all or after 10-20 moves. It is now more than two weeks since the problem started. It is not acceptable!
This has been happening to me and others here and I am hoping they come up with some kind of solution.
Having the same problem with Sonoma. When is this going to be fixed? Haven't been about to play for weeks and downloading chrome is not an option.
Now it won't even load on Chrome or Safari.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
