Sweet Crew and No Lives received

1. Hi I have a large friend list and can still click on their personal tab and Send and Request Lives. I’ve sent both send and request to a number of people on my friends list the past two days and haven’t received any!
2. Also this is affecting the Sweet Crew feature. I’m the only one sending lives and haven’t received from the other 2 members. This is very frustrating! I’m the only one sending lives at least 10 times so far and have received absolutely NOTHING from the other 2 players. This the 2nd time I have had Sweet Crew and basically non supporting team members.
3. I need lives and some kind of support to get through the levels- it usually takes me 125 turns before I can complete a level- not like it used to be

is there a bug in the system? Can you please fix both of these issues. Thanks

Thank you for the feedback . and sorry for the inconvenience , The Sweet Crew is a new feature, only some players get it.I'll get back to you when we get any info on Sweet Crew. please check this page for same issues
