The levels on my phone and computer will not let me use boosters and both say the level doesn’t count??? Has lasted for a few days. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still no change
This is normal for some levels. They are designed not to use pre level boosters. This is the same for every player, so there is nothing wrong with your game. The win streak is also paused, which will be why the level states that it doesn't "count". King do this so they can control specific levels better. Starting boosters and win streak boosters would probably make this level too easy to pass.

Is this how your level looks - with boosters locked?
If so, when you are playing for these levels for the first time, you will see a pop-up that "your win streak won't be affected". Means, even-though you do not win this level for the first time, your win streak (the string with candy bags underneath your level) will not be lost.
But, if you are playing the "Candy Royale" event, you will lose that race.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
