I had 200 lives from people who play the game and now they are all gone. I was able to play 20 games a day from people sending me lives. I now have zero. Just wondering if anyone else had this happen
No I've gotten nothing. Very discouraged at this point.

Just wondering... did you send requests for Lives to any of those new friends? Did you notice new friends joining into your game?
No one has sent me any new lives.

I requested lives from around 25 people. I'll let you know tomorrow. When I push Add more friends it takes me to Invite Friends by sharing a personal link and I prefer not to do that.

Let's try something!! I would like you to add some new friends into your game. The game provides some recommendations with the players that are in the levels as we are.
** Since you are logged in through email, please follow below steps to add friends (if you are not aware, i.e.)
First click on your Profile icon -- then click on the "Friends" tab -- then, click on "Add more Friends" at the bottom of the pop-up -- then, select the players you would like to add as friends and send your request.
Hope the request goes through and you will receive some lives now!
Please let me know if you were able to add friends or experienced issue while doing so tooπ€
I play on a Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. I have 2 of these. Not sure if you need more info since I play on 2 of them.

I'm playing only on Kingdom.
I don't ask my personal friends just people that play the game . I haven't received any request from people or any lives from anyone. My envelope is completely empty. The flap is open.

The issue with the Lives in the past 2 days -- is because of a glitch that has occurred on King Servers sometime on Friday! The King team is aware about this issue and are working on the fixποΈ
Can you please provide few more details for me to report to our Candy In-charge?
1) The device(s) you are using;
2) Your game ID number(s). If you are playing through different accounts, please add all ID numbers that have the issue with lives. You can check --> THIS Link <-- to find your ID number;
3) Are you logged into the game through Facebook or Kingdom account?
4) Did you try and see if you will be able to add more friends?
5) In these 2 days (Friday & Saturday), did you send the requests for Lives to any of your friends?
6) Did you receive any requests from others? Or everything is empty in your Envelope?
Please add any other details you can think of pertaining to the Lives.
I play on several tablets. Only one of the tablets had the extra lives disappear and I haven't gotten any new lives for a couple of days.
Both. I noticed it yesterday. All of them were gone and all day yesterday and today I gave asked other players for lives and I have received none.
I noticed yesterday all 200 I had were gone. Never had this happen before. I've always had between 150-200 lives.

Are you saying that you have suddenly lost those 200 lives from your game? OR are you reporting that you are not receiving any more lives from your friends?
If you are not receiving any lives, when did it start? Please reply back by tying in the blank box given below to my comment.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncingβ¦
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
Is anyone elseβs games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters.
