Try to contact them from within the app by following the advice in this link. Also when you get an automated email REPLY to it. In my experience, when I reply I get a more useful answer from an individual. Then keep replying to the email they send you until you are satisfied.

For a while now, when I try to log in to my game account with Facebook or my email, it gives me an error saying I'm offline, which is not the case. I have seen all of my friends watch ads in their game when they are out of moves to clear the level but I don't receive any ad in my game, I've already checked all the settings, kindly help me I am badly stuck on a level.
