My old iPad crashed and now I can’t get back to my level on my new iPad

I am sorry to hear that you lost your game because your old iPad crashed!!
Did you save the game on your old iPad - either through Facebook OR Kingdom account (signing through email and password) OR through Apple ID?
If your answer is "Yes" for either of these options, all you have to do is --> after downloading the game on your new iPad, simply log in with same details that you used on your old iPad.
If your answer is "no", please post back and let us know🍫🍫
The old iPad is old and crashed. We cannot retrieve CandyCrush game from it.
i tried to set it up on new iPad and still can’t get back to where I was.
