I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!
Which device are you using to play the game? When did this issue start? Can you please show me a screenshot of that "pink" screen?
If you are playing on a mobile device, when you saw that Pink screen --> did you try to close the App -- turn off the device -- wait for couple of minutes and restart the device and reopen the game and see if that takes away that Pink screen?
If you did not try it yet, can you please follow those steps and let me know? To reply back, simply type in the blank box given below to my comment!

Did you try to change the browser you are using? If you playing on Chrome, change it to Edge or Firefox, etc., and see if you will be able to play the game!
