why i can't have the extra life ?? i can't watch ads and anyone know how to fix that ??
Hi there, is this still an issue where you do not get any lives by watching ads?
We've checked with the team and no issues have been reported so wanted to check if maybe this was a temporary issue.

thank you for your support. It happend last night and i thought "maybe i watch too many ads" so i exit the game. i tried some solutions as you said but it didn't work :(((

I need few more details... when did this issue start? If it happened more than once, that pop-up "Ad not available" only when you try to watch it for an extra life?
May be there was a connection issue on your side or on King sideπ€ Did you try to close the game App - turn off your device -- restart, open the game and try again and see if it works? If you didn't try that, can you please check it next time and let me know how it goes?

yeah i still receive ads when i want to have some extra moves but it don't work for the extra lifes. here my screenshot.

I am sorry! Are you saying that you are not receiving any Ads in your game? OR you are receiving Ads but, having some issue when you are trying to watch Ads for extra life?
If it is the 2nd one, can you please explain a bit more about the issue? If possible, can you post a screenshot?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncingβ¦
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
