Infinite loop level 14870

Has anyone completed level 14870 and the infinite loop starts and when you choose skip the level then freezes and won’t advance? This is very frustrating as I have used my entire daily allowance of 20 lives and have passed multiple times but can’t move on

With the striped candy dispensers you need to make sure you swipe the top one into the lower one, that way the infinite loop can be avoided.
