Loading Problem

Hello, I’m having issues buying gold. When I click on shop it’s trying to loading…this has been going on since last week. Can you please help with this issue…I can’t buy anything…there’s nothing wrong with my internet connection. Here are some pictures.

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
