Due to a glitch in the game I uninstalled then reinstalled app and I have lost all my lives and powerups. Still using my same device. Is there any way I can retrieve same?

Hello @melnarine generally speaking no, there is no way of retrieving your saved lives and boosters once you have deleted them. King's policy (as stated in the T&Cs) is that they do not replace items that a player wins just by playing the game.
It is always worth contacting Player Support though as sometimes they offer you a few boosters as a goodwill gesture.

Lives can also be lost through an update to the game, your own device or by restarting your device, which clears a certain amount of memory, depending on your device. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
