No problem @nekocat. Hopefully Christine is right and if you manage to complete your Double Candy Royale before 9:00am on the Monday you should not experience the issues that you did.

As far as I know @spottedhorse the 14 levels you were offered is the Double Candy Royale.
well thank you @Alienscar you are giving me a clue about what happened with the double CR yesterday morning. I had logged into it Sunday afternoon but finished the race yesterday morning. It took me 15 levels to complete (instead of the 14 announced at the start) and I only got a share of 500 GB . Thank you, that's very helpful for future double CR!

I was sent a notification on my device about playing the double candy royale and it being only available over the weekend..For those of us who only get it every three days and who played it on Friday, its yet another feature we don't get.
That is brilliant news @christinewupp. Highly unlikely that I will ever play the game before 9:0am but it is nice to know these things.

Thanks @christinewupp. Did you collect your share of 1000 gold bars, or did you just get a share of 500 gold bars which is the other common complaint that I have just linked above.
I think you might be right with that. I was playing the double candy royale this morning but finished before 9am UK time, which I think is when the game gets updated every week. Probably if you have started it you need to make sure you finish before 9am.
I can't help thinking something is up with the Double Candy Royale @spottedhorse. What you describe, playing more levels than requested, but not receiving a reward, is an increasingly common complaint.
The Double only runs over the weekend and last week I was still playing the Double on Mon because I hadn't played over the weekend. When I started to play on Monday my Candy Royale reverted back to 7 levels losing all the progress I had made on the Double.
I believe that the issues you and a lot of other people are complaining about is caused by the same thing that caused my Royale to reset. That is, the Double Royale is causing issues if people are still playing it on the Monday after the weekend the Double started on.
Actually spottedhorse here is another issue that I believe is also caused by the Double Royale when it is still being played on the Mon.
