I've noticed several times when I do the Adventure Path and then go to claim the treasure, it doesn't work, just takes me in a loop without actually giving me the items

I am sorry to hear that you are not able to claim the gifts from the Adventure Path event!! This is a known issue and as of last week, the Candy Studio team was investigating!!
Since this is a brand new feature, and is still under testing!! Let me find out if there is any update on fixing the issue! I will get back to you tomorrow as our Candy Community In-charge is out of office now!
