i have been playing for a long time on my computer and never recieve gold bars when i play on my phone i get them all the time

Did you try to contact King Player Support team and find out why it is happening? To contact them and get an answer is a delayed process! If you would like to, you can send a complaint through this link --> https://soporto.king.com/contact to fill the form and send it.
windows 10 it doesn't matter what i play I never receive gold bars

Just out of curiosity… which event were you playing? Was it Candy Royale or Episode Race?
When you said computer - are you playing the App version through Windows 10/11 or on Facebook Browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.,)?
