First, try closing the App & turning off your device for few minutes, then restart.
If your items still did not appear, you will have to contact the King Customer Support team. You can go to this link --> https://soporto.king.com/contact and send your complaint;

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
