Hey!! I started the 1000 gold race and when I ended it, the game only gave me the 500 gold race prize!! Not fair at all!! Be serious Candy Crush!!! >:(

I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support and send a request for your missing Gold Bars. Looks like you are on a mobile device. So, please follow these steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (from game map OR the Home screen);
• Click on ? icon;
• Scroll down to "Events" & click on it;
• Look for Candy Royale and click on it;
• Go down till you see "Contact Us";
• Submit the form.

You will be receiving an automated email as a first reply, which is an acknowledgement. It would take up to 72 hours for an actual agent to contact you.

By any chance, if they do not contact you even after 3 days, and sent an email saying "how did we do" or "we are closing this ticket", send a reply immediately to that email itself and tell them that you were not helped yet!!

NOTE: They have a designated place to write our reply. Please make sure that you write your message above those lines.

Hope everything works out and you will receive an explanation about the glitch along with the "lost" Gold Bars🤞🤞
