We were informed that the Ads is a feature that is still in testing, which is sent to few groups of players at a time. From what I have seen in past few years, players who receive the Ads are increased over the time. So, it would be a while for all Candy Crushers to receive the feature, I guess🤔

Another question.. why does some people get videos for free things but I have never had this feature.. I’m very annoyed about this game

The “player cards” feature is still being improved and slowly sent to all devices and all players! Until all the improvements are finished, some players will be experiencing this issue while sending or requesting lives!!
So, until the feature is fixed, all you can do is - keep asking your friends for lives (as many as you can per day). Your friends will receive your requests in their "Envelopes" and will be able to send you lives for you to store.
