On Facebook, when I go to play Candy Crush Saga, it says it is downloading but then, nothing. Stops working. For 1 week now. I just removed it then down loaded it back. Oh, I am using Firefox browser. If I use Microsoft Edge, it works. I did update Firefox and cleared out everything

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are having with the browser!!

Some players are experiencing it with their regular browsers. We are not sure why it it happening. Our Candy Community In-charge has reported it to the Game Studio.

Until it is investigated and resolved, players are continue to play on the browser(s) that works. OR if your computer supports Windows 10/11, download the App version of the game through Microsoft Store.
