Why aren't we getting the additional 5 turns adding up? I would spend money buying them to beat it.

Let me ask our Candy Community In-charge tomorrow, and see if anything changed with the game, or whether "increasing moves" at the end of the level was a test and it moved on to other players!!

I do still get more and more moves offered in both my games and have not heard of anyone else having this problem. I agree that is the only way to beat those extra hard levels, so it should be part of the game for every player. Perhaps @PummyRaj will be able to fix this for you. I think there must be something wrong with your game. It must be a glitch surely?
Correct Christine that is what I'm saying. Before it went away I had played and played a level until I had accumulated 125 moves. Then I spent 10 gold bars and used most of them to beat the very difficult level. Thank you! They keep sending me answers in my email talking about ads to get more. I have never gotten any ads for candy crush.
@kiara_wael & @PummyRaj, @seanray1976 is complaining that the extra moves you can buy for ten gold after you lose a level is no longer increasing and just offers five moves for ten gold all the time.

Are you saying that you spent money to buy 5 extra moves to beat the level. But, you lost the money and the moves were not added to your level?
Hi Thanks for replying , Usually there are ads if we lose a level and there are additional moves. For 5 turns , Ill give this feedback to the Game Team
I did not ask a question about adds...I want the addition of 5 turns and adding up. I spent my money allowing me to beat the level with the additional turns. You loost my money.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

When I need extra moves and watch an ad the ad cannot be closed when it finishes and always restarts the game causing me to lose all boosters and progress.
