I've been playing CC for many years now and I have always updated my app regularly, usually once a week. Suddenly I am getting an error and it is asking me to log into my Apple Store with a very old email address that I no longer have and I have no idea what that password is anymore. This is the only app on my phone that is doing this. So I am stuck.
Not sure why this happened all of a sudden after updating successfully for years. I am afraid to delete my app and re-add it coz I am over 14,000 level and don't want to lose my progress.
Is there anything you or I can do to correct this problem without losing my levels? Thank you!
