Game start level problem.

A couple of years ago when I had completed level 486, the game would default to start on level 486. Initially this was not too much of an issue as I could scroll up to the level I was on, but now I am on level 3010 and it involves a lot of scrolling.
I put this problem to the Community , but received no solutions. I then wrote to the Malta address with this issue and received neither acknowledgment or reply.
Can anyone help with this (frustrating) problem please?

Some good news. I played and cleared level 531 and then the game took me to level 3010 which I played and cleared. Restarted the game and started on level 3011.
It appears my long-standing issue has been solved. Many thanks to all the community members who helped with this.

Looking at this screenshot, it doesn't look right... even the Candy Royale is active at that older level (the ring around level 486 & the 487)!!
Let me talk to our Candy Community In-Charge and see if you will have to contact the Player Support team or will have to be reported to the Studio.
To report to our In-charge, I need these details...
- Device you are using;
- Version you have right now;
- Your game ID number.

Your avatar is stuck at level 486 @Badcompany. When this issue occurred years ago you could solve the issue by replaying and winning the level at which your avatar was stuck on
Please try completing level 486 again. Once you have completed the level restart your game.

Just as @Alienscar has mentioned,@Badcompany you need to reply level 486 as you can see there are stars missing on that level so it has to be passed again.
This is a glitch which we will inform our developers about so it doesn't happen again. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Thank you for replying.
I played and cleared level 486, the game then took me to level 515 which I played and cleared, and now the game wants me to play level 531.
So I am still having to do lots of scrolling to get to level 3010.

I am using an iPhone 8+.
I have no idea where to find the version you are referring to or my game ID?

There was another player who is having the same issue as you are! I have reported both your issues to our Community In-charge (from above). Please read her responses HERE, to other player about replaying every 15th level to reach your actual level.
Would you like to go with that resolution - to put you back at level 1 and then, move you to your current level?
And, I will come back with the steps to find your ID number.
