New phone all gone

I have just install a new phone. My friends and my achivments are gone. But my finished levels is still there.

My profile pictures is all gone too.

Why?? Anyone has a clue why??

Did anyone had the same thing and is it possible to get it all back or is it gone forevet?

Need some help please.

Hi Carina🙋‍♀️

It is because, unlike the Gold Bars and level progress, boosters and lives are not saved to the game. So, game doesn't know how many boosters you have left out!!

Like I said yesterday, if you still have your old phone, all your boosters and lives will still be there. Play the game on it and use up all your boosters before deleting the game on your old phone. Please see This Link (click on the Green letters) to know more about it.

Yes! You have mentioned that in your opening post. But, it is the same thing whether we change our device or reinstall the App.

I didn’t reinstall or delete the game.

I did transfer all my mobiledata side by side on my old and new phone.

Hello Carina @Carado🤗 A Warm Welcome to our sweet King Community!

It is not a glitch but that is what happens when we reinstall the game or change the device. Only Gold Bars and level progress are saved to the game servers, whereas boosters and lives are stored to the local memory of the device we are using. Hence, it is not possible to transfer the boosters & lives!!

But, if you still have your old device, all the boosters and lives will be intact on that. You can continue playing the game on it and use up your saved boosters on some of the hard to beat levels.
