candy crush saga wont finish loading i see the load bar and it goes to the end of the bar but then i see the orange box with the word king in the middle and it freezes and wont load the game my other games load fine and i am able to play them like candy crush soda saga and pet rescue any help would be nice thx

    I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!

    Which device are you using to play the game? If it a laptop, are you playing through Facebook Browser or the App version on Windows10/11?

    i'm om a desk top with windows 11 installed and i play threw google chrome to open facebook and have been using that for years now what happen was i had just open candy crush saga to play and it open ok when i heard the message noise that you get when someone sends a mesg. so i clicked the home icon at the top to go to facebook and chat with the person that mesg. me and when i went back to play the game it would not open

    It looks like some sticky issue!! I would like you to contact King Player Support team and ask for their assistance. Since the Community In-charge team is on break due to the weekend, the issue cannot be reported to the game team. Hence, the best resource would be Player Support team.

    Please click on this link to send your complaint --> https://soporto.king.com/contact; and follow these steps⬇️

    • Enter your name, email ID, game name, etc.,
    • At Choose a Topic -- select "Bugs or Technical issues";
    • At Choose Subtopic -- select "My game is crashing";
    • Explain about the issue in the box provided;
    • Submit to send your complaint.

    You will be receiving an automated email as an acknowledgement. That email also includes some trouble shooting steps. See if those help you to resolve the issue.

    If they didn't, wait for 72 hours until you receive an email from an agent. If you didn't hear back from anybody, send a reply through the first (automated) email you have received and inform them that you are still waiting to be helped.

    ** Contacting the Player Support team is a delayed process. We will have to be very patient to see the results. So, please don't get frustrated or give up. Stay on them until the issue is resolved.

    Hope the issue gets resolved soon and you will be able to play soon again🍫🍫

    i waited the 72 hours you said to wait and sent a mesg. saying i'm still waiting for help but have heard nothing since and my game still will not finish loading do i need to wait longer as it has been about a day and half since i sent the still need help mesg

    still not able to open candy crush saga sure wish someone in support could fix this as i would like to play the game

    If the Player Support team did not reply back, please send a reply through the automated email you have received on the 2nd. Somebody should get back to you. If they didn’t and you did not receive any reply now also, please post back and let me know🍫🍫

    been 3 or 4 days and i have not heard back from them sure wish i could get this fixed so i could play again

    been 7 days now and still no reply from support what a shame really did like the game guess i don't play it any more

    So sorry to hear that you were still not contacted by the Player Support team!! Let me ask our Candy Community In-charge and see what they say!

    In the meantime, did you try playing the game on another browser - Edge or Firefox or something else that is available on your device?

    Since your computer has Windows11, you can play the App version too! Would you like to give it a try?

    i would rather not use fiefox and i can not get edge to open to a large window it will open to the task bar but will not inlarge so the only one i use is google chrome and like that one so would really like if the support team could fix my issue
