Did you try using it immediately the 5 minutes start the moment you press the sweet button. I have been rewarded a 5 min booster, but by the time I have managed to get to the next level half of the time has elapsed due to all of the pop-ups.

Booster rewards while playing the Candy Royale is very new feature, that was just introduced. It is still in testing and hence, has some glitches!
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do for the missing booster. But, if you think you did not have the booster for whole 5 minutes, I suggest you to take few screenshots⬇️
This way, you can contact the King Player Support team and report the issue about disappeared booster(s).

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
