On chocolate levels, in general, you need to check on your board that you have enough chocolate squares to fulfil the order before crushing them all. So check at the beginning of the level what the order is and then before you use strong boosters count the chocolate on the board. There is a chocolate spawner on this level, so you should not really get caught out too easily. I think though that to open it you will need to get the keys as early on in the level as possible, to give the chocolate enough time to grow. Once you have chocolate, try to not hit any of it until you have enough, for every time you hit one it fails to multiply on that turn.
