Chocolate box claim.

There is an issue regarding chocolate box. Due to net problem i was unable to open it but somehow i got the benefits, but later when my connected the chocolate box claim again came but was unable to claim it. From onwards it is coming again and again but when i click ok claim button there is icon showing no net or restart. I have trued so many time but it is coming again and again which is disturbing my game and momentum and makes game unattractive. I have once deleted the game but still the problem remains the same. Kindly Help me.

In past few days, we have received multiple complaints about Chocolate Box not working as it is supposed to. Hence, I have reported to our Community In-charge.
They have informed me that the Candy game Studio is aware about this issue are working on a fix. If I have any updates, I will get back to you.
NOTE: Deleting the game did not work because the problem is not on your side!
