Why dont I no longer get the option to watch a video ad for a free life or extra moves or extra booster, loke I used to?

Some features are test features and some aren't!! For example, a feature called "Adventure Path" is in testing! Hence, only few players see it in their game!
Where as "Holiday Season" is not a test feature. But, some players are left out due to technical reason (I think). Please see THIS Comment by our Candy Community In-charge. At the end of the post, she explained why some players won't receive the feature.

As Kiara mentioned above, Ads are still test features.
All the features that are in testing will be moved from one group to another. Because of that, we won't have a chance to enjoy these special features all the time!! Sometimes, the testing features will come back to our game after a small break. Sometimes, it might never come back and we will receive entirely new test!! It all depends on the testing group we are in!!

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
