In this screenshot you have shared above...
If you notice those messages, under your friend's name, you can see "asks you to send a life" -- means, all you have are the requests from your friends to "send lives" to them.
If your friends send you lives, you will see -- Werner "gave you a life"; Corina "gave you a life"; etc.,
When you receive lives, the Envelope will be updated automatically, where you see 0/200 now (the middle number).
Not sure if you are not receiving lives or your friends are not able to send! I would suggest you to keep on asking for lives, send as many requests as you can. Please let me know if you need help with that๐๏ธ
cuz ๊ฎ get sent lives, and it does NOT refill my lives. ๐
