In this screenshot you have shared above...
If you notice those messages, under your friend's name, you can see "asks you to send a life" -- means, all you have are the requests from your friends to "send lives" to them.
If your friends send you lives, you will see -- Werner "gave you a life"; Corina "gave you a life"; etc.,
When you receive lives, the Envelope will be updated automatically, where you see 0/200 now (the middle number).
Not sure if you are not receiving lives or your friends are not able to send! I would suggest you to keep on asking for lives, send as many requests as you can. Please let me know if you need help with that👍️
cuz Ɪ get sent lives, and it does NOT refill my lives. 😓
