I played in iPhone 10 did progress but I phone 14 still in old level

Did you make sure that the iPhone14 has the latest updated version of the game App? How about the operating software? Did you check it is also up to date?
Check and if there are any updates available, and install them first! After downloading the updates, close the App -- turn off your device and turn it back on after few minutes. See if that works.
